Move in the Right Direction with Page & Co

Deciding to sell is a big decision, whether it’s an investment property or your family home, at Page & Co we are here to help every step of the way.

This can be a minefield with so many different types of agents to choose from, all with very different marketing avenues and techniques to offer.  Our advice is to go with an agent you can pop in and talk to face to face.  One who will market your property on the two biggest property portals Rightmove and Zoopla and one where you will feel listened to and valued.  We know how stressful the process can be at times and we pride ourselves on ensuring it goes as smoothly as possible, proactively managing any issues that crop up along the way and keeping tabs on the conveyancing to nip any issues in the bud for you.  At Page & Co we do not believe in penalising you for choosing to list your property with other agents, we will charge the same fee regardless because we know we will work the hardest and smartest and always in your best interests.
From the outset, we will conduct an honest and realistic market appraisal with you at the property and will bring with us a selection of comparable properties that have recently been sold or that are currently on the market.  We hope that this will give you some understanding of the market conditions and the valuation we give you.  We will discuss your reasons for selling and what your expectations are in terms of timeframes and selling price.
We market all our properties on two biggest property portals: Rightmove and Zoopla, You will also find us marketing on Home Co Uk, Mouse Price, My Homes Unlimited, Propertini, Property Flow, Wonder Property, Prime Location, The Telegraph and various social media outlets.  Your property will also be displayed in our conveniently and centrally located branch which has plenty of footfall.  One of our eye catching For Sale boards will also be erected attracting buyers who are browsing the neighbourhood.  We don’t just rely on marketing, we have our very own database of hot buyers, who have been suitably qualified by us and who we keep in regular contact with, proactively encouraging viewings and thinking outside the box

Our marketing photographs are creatively taken.  We don’t just point and click.  We take care and time to take the best shots that will project the best impression of your property.  We can also arrange for a more professional, upmarket brochure of your property to really boost it’s attractiveness.   We are able to check your property’s online performance and do so regularly to ensure that it is getting noticed and through to the right target audience.  If for some reason the popularity dips then we are ready with techniques to boost it back up again.
All our viewings are accompanied by one of our sales staff.  You can be assured that we will respect your property at all times and will remove our shoes and remember to switch lights off, close windows and lock doors when we leave.  With viewings remember, it’s not the volume of people viewing that counts, it’s the quality of the viewing that matters.
We pride ourselves on giving the best customer service possible and will give you feedback after every viewing.  We believe communication is key to a good working relationship and encourage this on all sides.

We hope to secure offers for you as quickly as possible and as soon as you have accepted one, we don’t waste any time in getting the ball rolling.  It’s all systems go with offer letters, solicitors, mortgages, surveys etc and we keep a close eye to ensure that each part of the process comes together efficiently, smoothly and as quickly as possible right up to and including the all important and exciting moving day.
